Fixed a major batch of build issues and the sources now work with Sane 1.0.9. Also fixed up the debug commands so they should now work ok.

export SANE_DEBUG_VICEO=1 for basic error reports
export SANE_DEBUG_VICEO=5 for more vebose messages
export SANE_DEBUG_VICEO=128 for all viceo debug message
export SANE_DEBUG_DLL=128 for all sane DLL debug message

Added explicit support for Visioneer 6100 scanner, although the gamma settings will need some tweaking. I also allow generic gamma tables to be used when the code does not recognise a scanner.

I also changed the way that the debug information is handled. This means that you need to define

export SANE_DEBUG_VICEO=1 for basic error reports
export SANE_DEBUG_VICEO=5 for more vebose messages

Minor update to add support for the 2.4.8 kernel. Only the kernel patch has been updated.
 

Changed the format of the release so that it is a diff file that includes all of the files requried for the viceo driver. You no longer are requried to dwonload the OneTouch support files. As it is a diff it should be a lot easier to apply the update to the standard Sane 1.0.5 source.

This is simply an update to support Sane 1.0.5 and has no additional bugfixes. It now supports configure and I have updated the AUTHORS file.

• The scan still core dumps occationally.
