Update driver to fix a lot of build issues and compatibility with SANE 1.0.9.

Release 0.5.1 - 16 January 2002

Update driver to support 2.4.12-17 kernels. Only updated the patch file for the kernel scanner.c/h files. There are currently two versions of the patch. My plain version, and an expanded update that includes a lot of stability enhancements from Erik Strack. Please try Erik's patch as it should improve things a lot.

Release 0.5.0 - 30 August 2001

Modify code to support Visoneer 6100 scanner. Change all of the debug output to use the correct SANE debug commands. This should remove a lot of extra output for most users.

Update driver to support Sane 1.0.5 and modified release to be a patch file to the sane source rather than a series of tar archives.

Changes to

viceo.c - Increase size of testimage.baseAddr to help prevent buffer overruns that are causing crashes
windows.cpp - Change file opening mechanism to use sanei_config_read() which mans that the various config files can be placed in /usr/local/etc/sane.d/
viceo/windows.h - Updated to support changes made to windows.cpp
New support files that include an example viceo.conf file.

Initial cut based on the windows e3.cpp and e3.h source files. Modified to work under Linux / Unix environment.

Required minor changes to the following OneTouch source files.

Makefile - e3 source files added to build
acv.cpp - uncomment e3 support portions of the file.
viceo.c - Duplicate Visoneer gamma settings for Vivid Pro until I know better. Bug fix on free of testimage.baseAddr set value to NULL.
